According to the site, almost 40 million people use Pinterest each year for their wedding planning and start using the site earlier than other wedding sites.
In a blog post yesterday, Pinterest revealed that 81 per cent of pinners actually start planning their weddings on Pinterest before they become engaged!
A whopping 900 million wedding-related pins are saved annually and there’s 378 million wedding-related searches on the site.
And we all know that one chick who lives on Pinterest during work time, sneakily planning her big day. It should come as no surprise that 27 per cent of pinners plan their weddings several times per day.
What’s hot on Pinterest right now for weddings? Maroon, pink and gold colour palettes, whimsical romance elements like tulle gowns and strings of white lights.
